"I am saving this for a later time and so have not tried it. The can came in perfect condition and shipment was timely. Pail packing flour would certainly be cheaper, but I like the size of these #10 cans of flour better and like that the lid just has to be put back on after opened to keep the product for a year. If pail-packed, you have to deal with re-sealing mylar bags and replacing O2 packets every time you get into the pail. Worth price, especially if bought when on sale. I just hope that the quality is still as good when the cans are opened. I've seen some reviews saying the old flour did not rise as well and had an off flavor. Trusting I won't have that problem."
