🫐 Blueberry Smoothie (from your kit)
Ingredients (1 serving):
- ⅓–½ cup freeze-dried blueberries (from the kit)
- 2–3 tbsp fortified dry milk powder (from the kit)
- ½–1 cup cold water (or milk for extra creaminess)
- ½ cup ice (optional, for a thicker texture)
Optional Add-Ins:
- 1 scoop protein powder (whey or plant-based)
- ½ banana (fresh or frozen)
- 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup
- A handful of spinach
Directions:
- Add freeze-dried blueberries and dry milk powder to a blender.
- Pour in cold water (or milk) and add ice.
- Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Add protein powder or other optional add-ins and blend again.
- Pour into a glass and enjoy.
