A Nice Addition
Like so many others, I haven't used them yet -- they're being stored for an emergency and I do believe I'm going to need something "noodley" good when that happens. I'm sure they'll be great, just like all of the other things I've purchased from EE over the years. Great company, great products.

Love the convenience,
Easy to use, good quality noodles. They cook up great and hold up well in casseroles. I love the long shelf life. Very convenient to use when I run out of my regular store bought noodle so I don’t have to stop and run back to the store. I try all my long term storage items first to see if I want to purchase more. These definitely made the cut. Hardest part is opening the can. I thought it was just me but my husband also had trouble opening the can. I suggest purchasing a good quality can opener to make opening your can easier. These noodles are a great addition to our long term storage and are very versatile.
