Scrambled Egg Mix contains pasteurized whole eggs, non-fat dry milk, vegetable oil and salt. This combination of ingredients give your eggs just the right flavor and textured when scrambled.
Restaurants will often use a similar dry mix when they cook scrambled eggs because of its great flavor and convenience. If your recipe is not too delicate then this mix can be used in place of whole eggs. Simply mix powder with warm water (approximately 108 ounces water needed to rehydrate entire can) until smooth and then cook for delicious scrambled eggs anytime!
*Shelf life up to 10 years when unopened and stored in a cool, dry place away from sunlight, at temperatures between 55°F and 70°F.

Good taste, scrambles up well
I refuse to pay exorbitant egg prices, so we opened a #10 can of Scrambled Egg Mix (whole milk powder + nonfat dry milk + corn oil + salt). To get smooth eggs, add a measure of WARM water to the dry egg powder, then whisk well, using a whisk or a manual egg ******. I tried my mini food processor---messy, too much cleanup! I've made plain scrambled eggs, but they taste better with add-ins. My husband has eaten the entire #10 can in the last 2 months! Highly recommend.

The product is excellent, but sometimes the price can be higher. So, shop and negotiate. This company is easy to work with. I really like them.

Have not used yet
I assume this mix will be as advertised but cannot purchase more at this time due to the extremely high cost. Will not use except for a true emergency.
