Delicious!
Prepared this bread three different ways. Super simple preparing just the way recommended on the can. Also added yeast for a lighter loaf. And finally rolled out dough and added butter, cinnamon, sugar, and raisins for delicious raisin bread. Highly recommend.

Nice mix for an emergency
I purchased a few can of this bread mix to set aside for an emergency. I wanted to open a can to test it to see how it tasted. It did in fact have a honey wheat taste, it was great, served with butter and a drizzle of honey. The can is a little pricey since the full can makes 3 loaves. I ended up putting an egg wash over the loaves half way thru baking, to give it a nice shine. The loaves both rose while baking. The bread is a little dense, but I was expecting that since it is wheat. I think this was a good purchase considering it will just need water added.
