Certainly isnt Johns hopkins super surgical kit however...
The Kit includes some fairly basic items that would be handier to have then NOT have anything at all to work with lets face facts 97% or folks will never use a kit like this to insize and impaled object and would likely puke at the thought , ultimately its a good kit for the price and if you ever need to remove a stick larger them a splinter or who knows what else this might save a life

Emergency Surgical kit by Ready Hour
You get what you paid for! Forceps should have teeth. No needle holder. Should have a nylon stitch! The instruments resemble a one time use set. It will do the job!
