Too many crumbs
I love freeze dried fruit. These taste great, but they have too many crumbled fruit. I usually fill a half gallon jar plus a little extra. I didn't with these. It only is 3/4 of the jar, because of the amount of crumbles. Disappointed to say the least.
Too many crumbs
I love freezer dried fruit. I decided to open thus can I bought to try the Raspberries. I was very disappointed to find so many crumbs. With other companies I usually fill a 1/2 gallon jar with fruit. But this did not happen because of the amount of crumbs in the can.
Freeze Dried Raspberries
This is my 4th or 5th order from EE, and every order of Raspberries in a 9oz can is only 8.7oz to 8.8oz in actual product weight. Now this might not seem like a big deal to some but when you are talking about freeze dried products it is a lot of product missing. When a product has a Net Weight of 9oz, legally it has to contain AT LEAST 9oz of PRODUCT, it can be over the weight listed BUT NEVER UNDER. I own 2 businesses, a Sausage Company and a Gourmet Food Company. I cannot include packaging weight in my product weight or anything else I would need inside the packaging to keep it fresh and whatnot. Customer service is very hard to get ahold of as well. At this point I would be wary about deceptive labeling on their products. The product I good itself a little too much broken pieces and powder.
Big whole raspberries
I was thrilled that the can was filled to the very top with perfectly shaped berries. Great item!!
