A satisfying addition to your emergency food storage. Cooks in about 10-15 minutes (requires 2.8 gallons of water to rehydrate one can). Use Emergency Essentials dehydrated or freeze-dried fruit, honey or sugar to sweeten. A good source of protein and fiber.

Soooooo good!
I opened a can to try the cereal and will never eat oatmeal or cream of wheat again after eating this cereal! It is now in the breakfast choice rotation. For 2 adults, I used 3 cups water and 3/4 cup cereal. Followed package directions and it turned out wonderful. Sure glad I bought more for emergency stash.

Looking forward to hot healthy breakfast
Have not used yet but have had great luck with multi grained cereals. We are prepping for emergency since we all are older and this allows us to have good meals and peace of mind. And with dehydrated veggies and canned meats were on our way. What sold me on Emergency essential was watching pepper ideas and I would see cans in the background and it was in almost all videos. That Told me something was good about this product.
