I really like this book. Between having anxiety and inflammatory pain it’s helpful to see alternative medicinal options if I can’t get the medicines I’m used to. This book has good information and it’s user friendly.

I believing getting back to these basic is the best way to get through hard time. With this age we are in every one should know this to keep your family safe and well. So get this book to learn all you can because this world is falling apart so learn to make it through hard times !!!!
