Flaky Pie Crust
(Makes 9-10-inch pie crust)
Ingredients:
| 1 1/2 Cups | EE All-Purpose Flour |
| 10 Tbsp | EE Shortening Powder |
| 1/2 Tsp | EE Granulated White Sugar |
| 1/4 Tsp | EE Iodized Salt |
| 1/2 Cup | Cold water |
Instructions:

Mix: Combine all dry ingredients.

Add water: Work into a dough with hands.

Roll bottom crust: Take 2/3 of the dough and roll into a 12–13 inch diameter circle.

Fill: Add in desired pie filling.

Roll top crust: Take remaining 1/3 of the dough and roll into a 9–10 inch diameter circle.

No pre-cooking: Do not pre-cook crust.

Bake: At 375°F for 35–40 minutes, until slightly golden brown. Let sit for at least 15 minutes.
