  1. Add all ingredients to the blender
  2. Blend on high speed for 1 minute
  3. Add contents of blender to a small sauce pot, bring to simmer, cook 5 minutes, and adjust seasonings if needed.
  4. Garnish with additional heavy cream if desired.
