"I use this all the time to have "fresh" mushrooms available whenever I need them. Where I live and my health keeps many items that perish quickly out of my meals. This helps me continue to have what I enjoy. Sometimes there are many tiny pieces, breakage, some powder. I suppose from their being some what fragile, but I use any of that to add extra flavor without visible excess mushrooms in soups and sauces. I love the idea of having mushrooms in my recipes again."
