"I’m a long time coffee mate user, and have discovered that even though the label says 0 sugar, it actually has a lot of sucrose, which is sugar. With a lot of experimentation and this creamer as a base I finally have a blend that works without any added sugar. This product is great and when on sale a very good value. I also use the powdered butter in my formula, which is excellent. Now I can enjoy my coffee and no glucose spikes. Fast shipping and products in perfect condition."
