"We Ordered this on April 14th and didn't receive it, until May 3rd. The shipping company they use kept sending it back. After 3 phone calls and an email. It came! We called to see if we could be compensated in any way for delay, and they offered 50 store credit. Which meant spending more money, and not sure how long it would take to get merchandise. No thanks! We have never had trouble with receiving deliveries at our address."
"Seems to work. I knew it was going to be small but this is ludicrous. If you have a family of any size and they're regularly drinking water you'll never be able to keep up. They really need to make a model at least twice as big. Do it again? Maybe, because two are really needed for about any household size unless you're just a lump or two on the couch and don't bother doing anything."
"This would be 5 stars however nowhere in directions did it say to flush 3x a week and keep filter moist. Ruined $100 filter by not getting that important instruction. Called after a couple uses and water never tasted better. Then when I went to refill it it smelled like mildew. I called to ask if somehow I made a mistake on simple instructions on putting it together and was told by a very nice lady it just needed flushed more. Directions to put together were great but in nowhere in box or website did it give maintenance directions. This very important information should be in every box. I had to google to find out correct info after damage had been done. Now I’m out $100 and can’t use filter until I can afford to replace after wasting 20 gallons of water."

"Bought this for emergency but opened a filter to try it out and passed my tests. Con’s: supposed to flush the filter several times with water before drinking. In emergency, water may not be available to do so. My understanding through email is that the outside of filter itself must be scrubbed well prior to use if not flushed and may alter taste. Also once filter is opened, if not being used for several days must be kept in bag with some water in the fridge. Not exactly what I was looking for in an emergency water filter system but it’ll work."
"I finally go it together and have used it a day or two. So far it is working okay. My well water was good by itself but Hopefully this filtration will take the alkaline out so I can use it in my humidifier. The papers do not say any thing on what all it takes out. I will find out if the humidifier quits. Otherwise it is fine."
"I received the Alexapure soon after y ordered it. I’m very happy with this purchase!!! Although I bought it for “prepping”, I’ve been using it everyday, the taste of the water is pure and clean."

"Horrible design there is no airflow so the water doesn’t flow through the spigot. You have to lift up the upper chamber to get water. What a joke of a design and way over priced for this made in china. A joke of a store to be selling this."
