Creamy Carrot Soup

(Yield 3 1/2 - 4 Cups)




Ingredients:

1 Cup EE Dehydrated Carrot Dices
3 Cups Water
2 Tbsp EE Dehydrated Chopped Onions
4 Tbsp EE Shortening Powder
4 Tbsp EE Instant Fortified Nonfat Dry Milk
2 Tbsp EE Butter Powder
1/2 Tsp EE Iodized Salt
1/4 Tsp Black pepper
1/4 Tsp Garlic powder
Optional Dash of Cinnamon/Nutmeg/Cloves

 

Instructions:

  1. Grind: In a blender, grind up dry carrots and onions.
  2. Cook: Add all ingredients to water and simmer until soft.
  3. Cool: Allow to cool slightly before serving with EE Honey Wheat Bread.
