Creamy Carrot Soup
(Yield 3 1/2 - 4 Cups)
Ingredients:
| 1 Cup | EE Dehydrated Carrot Dices |
| 3 Cups | Water |
| 2 Tbsp | EE Dehydrated Chopped Onions |
| 4 Tbsp | EE Shortening Powder |
| 4 Tbsp | EE Instant Fortified Nonfat Dry Milk |
| 2 Tbsp | EE Butter Powder |
| 1/2 Tsp | EE Iodized Salt |
| 1/4 Tsp | Black pepper |
| 1/4 Tsp | Garlic powder |
| Optional | Dash of Cinnamon/Nutmeg/Cloves |
Instructions:

Grind: In a blender, grind up dry carrots and onions.

Cook: Add all ingredients to water and simmer until soft.

Cool: Allow to cool slightly before serving with EE Honey Wheat Bread.
