Chopped Cheesesteak
(Makes 4 Cheesestakes)
Ingredients:
| 2 Cups | EE Freeze-Dried Beef Dices |
| 1/2 Cup | EE Freeze-Dried Diced Green Bell Peppers |
| 1/4 Cup | EE Dehydrated Chopped Onions |
| 2 Tbsp | EE Butter Powder |
| 1/2 Tsp | Garlic powder |
| 1/2 Tsp | Onion powder |
| 1/4 Tsp | Black pepper |
| 1/4 Tsp | EE Iodized Salt |
| 4 Slices | Provolone (or your preferred cheese) |
| 2 Cups | Water |
| 4 | Hoagie rolls (optional) |
Instructions:

Cook the steak mixture: Add all ingredients to a pan with water and simmer over medium heat until the water evaporates.

Melt the cheese: Reduce heat to medium-low, add your preferred cheese slices, cover for 30 seconds to melt, then stir to combine.

Serve it your way: Spoon the cheesy steak onto toasted hoagie rolls—or serve it chopped on a plate. Toast rolls in a buttered pan until golden, if desired.
