All Purpose Dry Rub

(Makes about 1 Cup)




Ingredients:

1/4 Cup EE Iodized Salt
1/4 Cup EE Granulated Brown Sugar
3 Tbsp Smoked paprika
2 Tbsp EE Granulated White Sugar
2 Tsp Garlic powder
2 Tsp Ground black pepper
1 Tsp Ground dry mustard
1 Tsp Ground cumin
1 Tsp Ground ginger

 

Instructions:

  1. Stir all ingredients together: Store in an airtight container for up to 1 month.
  2. Suggested uses:
    • Pork ribs (baby back or spare ribs)
    • Pulled pork (shoulder or butt)
    • Chicken thighs or wings
    • Beef brisket or chuck roast
    • Steak (especially for a sweet-smoky crust)
    • Turkey (especially smoked or grilled legs/thighs)
