Granola Trail-Mix
(Yields about 12-14 cups)
Ingredients:
| 4 Cups | EE 9-Grain Cereal |
| 2 Cups | Sweetened Shredded coconut |
| 2 Cups | Sliced almonds |
| 3/4 Cup | Vegetable Oil |
| 1/2 Cup | EE Honey Powder (prepared) |
| 1 1/2 Cup | Dried diced apricots |
| 1 Cup | Diced dried figs |
| 1 Cup | Dried cherries |
| 1 Cup | Dried cranberries |
| 1 Cup | Roasted, unsalted cashews |
Instructions:

Preheat: oven to 350°F.

Mix dry base: In a large bowl, toss oats, coconut, and almonds.

Combine wet ingredients: In a small bowl, whisk together oil and honey.

Coat & bake: Pour wet mixture over oat blend and stir until evenly coated. Spread on a baking sheet and bake for 45 minutes, stirring occasionally, until golden brown.

Cool: Remove from oven and let cool, stirring occasionally to prevent clumping.
- Add fruit & nuts: Mix in apricots, figs, cherries, cranberries, and cashews. Store in an airtight container.
