Home Style Breakfast Skillet
(Serves 3)
Ingredients:
| 2 Cups | EE Freeze-Dried Diced Potatoes |
| 4 Tbsp | EE Dehydrated Chopped Onions |
| 1/2 Cup | EE Freeze-Dried Diced Green Bell Peppers |
| 1/2 Cup | EE Scrambled Egg Mix |
| 1/2 Tsp | EE Iodized Salt |
| 1/4 Tsp | Black pepper |
| 1/4 Tsp | Onion powder |
| 1/4 Tsp | Garlic powder |
| 2 Tbsp | Oil |
| 3 Cups | Water |
| 1/2 Cup | Shredded cheddar cheese (optional) |
Instructions:

Simmer veggies and seasoning: In a pan, combine 2 1/2 cups water with the potatoes, onions, bell peppers, and seasoning. Simmer until the water is gone and potatoes are soft.

Sauté the mix: Add 2 Tbsp of oil and sauté for 2–3 minutes.

Mix the eggs: In a separate bowl, mix scrambled egg powder with 1/2 cup water and whisk until smooth.

Cook the eggs: Add the liquid egg to the pan and cook until the water is gone.

Add cheese (optional): Stir in cheese if desired.
