"This is a perfect addition to ANY kit or bag. These are waterproof,windproof,tear resistant and large enough for complete coverage. While recently camping,the overnight temp dropped into the low 40's. Our bedding was insufficient in keeping us warm,so I grabbed my 2 thermal blankets placed them over myself, the wife,dog,cat and then topped it with 1 open sleeping bag. Within minutes,we were cozy warm and drifted off to a warm night's sleep. Definitely purchasing more. They are more environmentally durable,than a mylar thermal blanket."
