This was my first purchase

"This was my first purchase from Emergency Essentials and I have nothing bad to say. I won't be opening this until needed, so can't speak to the taste/quality. But, I felt like the price was comparable to other brands, shipping was super quick and my order arrived in the expected condition. Will definitely be placing more orders for food storage items."

Eggs

"I use these eggs for and in everything. I bake 3 loaves of bread each week for sandwhiches. When baking I always use your powdered eggs. The price of eggs has come down, but now the threat of more food shortages keep me using your products. Thank you!"

Excellent product!

"I am very happy with this whole egg product. I initially purchased this to save for an emergency, but then decided to try it when I was giving some to my sister for them to try. So I made some scrambled eggs and was honestly pretty surprised at just how good it was! But I didn't realize that it should be repackaged for storage with oxygen absorbers and not just left in the can. Luckily I have some mylar storage bags and O2 absorbers so that ended up okay. Highly recommend this product and company. I quickly received my order and it was in perfect condition."

Whole Egg Powder

"Really appreciate the whole egg powder that I've purchased from you folks, thank you. It is a quick way to make eggs to put in a breakfast burrito, use in cooking, make eggs to eat as is, make an egg sandwich, or whatever one desires. One can add whatever seasonings and spices, even vegetables to make them taste the way one desires for the current use of the eggs. So very handy and am thankful to have them to use."

Have not used yet.

"Have not used yet. However I am using products I purchased 20 years ago -“ fruit, veggies, Mountainl House ready to eat (just add boiling water, stir, seal and sit 10 minutes) and they are wonderful, quick and easy. I’m sure the egg powder, butter powder, shortening powder etc will be good as well. Love the banana chips as well."

Tastes OK

"I bought these 10 years ago and opened them today (5 years left on the can). I mixed them according to the can 2 1/2 T per 2 1/2 T warm water. The consistency and color was that of a butterscotch pudding. I added more water, about a tablespoon, to thin it more. I don't know if I should have added more water or not. The eggs were a butterscotch color, rubbery in texture. However the flavor was ok. This was my first time making powdered eggs so maybe there is a better way to do it."

Eggs

"I haven’t tried the whole eggs yet or any other of my freeze dried food. The shipping was on point. I’ve been adding to my emergency food products when they are on sale. I figured the sale price wasn’t bad considering some people are paying $10 a dozen for fresh eggs which if my math is correct is the cost of the freeze dried"
