"My original shipment of cream of oats arr8ved badly dented despite the great care the company took to package with bubble wrap bumpers. I called to report the damaged cans along with sending photos and I was immediately shipped a new can that arrived in record speed and in great condition. Emergency Essentials is a great company to do business with from a customer service perspective. I have not tried the product yet as I am storing it away for an emergency but I would not hesitate to order from them again."

"I have been purchasing from Emergency Essentials / Beprepared. com, both as an individual and for a short time while they allowed it as a brick-and-mortar preparedness business for many years. They have always had reasonable prices and provided their products in generally reasonable amounts of times with regard to date of purchase to date of receipt. These are for long term storage so we have not tested the product quality, but it is cream of wheat so what could really go wrong? I tend to purchase my #10 cans in lots 6 to allow for the original packaging to be used for both shipping and storage ability. They sent these #10 cans in a box that will need to be modified to allow it to be used for storage purposes which I thought was odd. I did order a half dozen 18-hour citronella candles also, so maybe that is why the box was so large? I will continue to purchase from them. . . as I always have."
