Banana Chip Bark
(Makes 8–10 pieces)
Ingredients:
| 3 Cups | EE Dehydrated Banana Slices |
| 1/2 Cup | Smooth peanut butter |
| 3/4 Cup | Semisweet or dark chocolate chips |
| 2 Tbsp | Coconut oil |
| Optional | Flaky sea salt |
Instructions:
- Melt Chocolate: In a microwave-safe bowl, melt chocolate chips in 30-second intervals, stirring between each, until smooth.
- Add Peanut Butter: Stir in the peanut butter until fully combined with the melted chocolate.
- Prepare Bark Base: Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Pour the chocolate-peanut butter mixture onto the sheet and spread into a 1/4” thick layer.
- Top with Banana Slices: Gently press dehydrated banana slices into the surface while the bark is still warm. Add optional toppings like peanuts or a light sprinkle of sea salt.
- Chill: Place in the fridge or freezer for 30–60 minutes, or until fully set.
- Break & Store: Once hardened, break into pieces and store in an airtight container in a cool, dry place. No refrigeration needed.
