Banana Chip Bark

Banana Chip Bark

(Makes 8–10 pieces)

Ingredients:

3 Cups EE Dehydrated Banana Slices
1/2 Cup Smooth peanut butter
3/4 Cup Semisweet or dark chocolate chips
2 Tbsp Coconut oil
Optional Flaky sea salt

Instructions:

  1. Melt Chocolate: In a microwave-safe bowl, melt chocolate chips in 30-second intervals, stirring between each, until smooth.
  2. Add Peanut Butter: Stir in the peanut butter until fully combined with the melted chocolate.
  3. Prepare Bark Base: Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Pour the chocolate-peanut butter mixture onto the sheet and spread into a 1/4” thick layer.
  4. Top with Banana Slices: Gently press dehydrated banana slices into the surface while the bark is still warm. Add optional toppings like peanuts or a light sprinkle of sea salt.
  5. Chill: Place in the fridge or freezer for 30–60 minutes, or until fully set.
  6. Break & Store: Once hardened, break into pieces and store in an airtight container in a cool, dry place. No refrigeration needed.
