Cauliflower Soup

(Serves 4)




Ingredients:

4 Cups EE Freeze-Dried Cauliflower
6 Tbsp EE Shortening Powder
2 Tbsp EE Dehydrated Chopped Onions
1/2 Tsp Onion powder
1/2 Tsp Garlic powder
1/2 Tsp EE Iodized Salt
1/4 Tsp Black pepper
4 Cups Water or broth
Optional Shredded cheese

 

Instructions:

  1. Cook: Add all ingredients to water or broth and simmer for 7-10 minutes until warmed through.
  2. Serve: Scoop into bowls and garnish with shredded cheese and green onion if desired.
