Cauliflower Soup
(Serves 4)
Ingredients:
| 4 Cups | EE Freeze-Dried Cauliflower |
| 6 Tbsp | EE Shortening Powder |
| 2 Tbsp | EE Dehydrated Chopped Onions |
| 1/2 Tsp | Onion powder |
| 1/2 Tsp | Garlic powder |
| 1/2 Tsp | EE Iodized Salt |
| 1/4 Tsp | Black pepper |
| 4 Cups | Water or broth |
| Optional | Shredded cheese |
Instructions:

Cook: Add all ingredients to water or broth and simmer for 7-10 minutes until warmed through.

Serve: Scoop into bowls and garnish with shredded cheese and green onion if desired.
