Honey Butter Biscuits
(Makes 6–8 Biscuits)
Ingredients:
| Honey Butter: | |
| 4 Tbsp | EE Butter Powder |
| 3 Tbsp | EE Honey Powder |
| 1 Tbsp | Water |
| Biscuits: | |
| 2 Cups | EE White Flour |
| 2 Tbsp | EE Powdered Whey Milk |
| 3 Tbsp | EE Butter Powder (prepared) |
| 1 1/2 Tsp | Baking powder |
| 1/2 Tsp | EE Iodized Salt |
| 3/4 Cup | Water |
Instructions:

Make honey butter: Cream prepared butter with honey powder in a small bowl; set aside.

Preheat oven: Set to medium-high (approx. 400°F).

Mix dough: Combine flour, baking powder, salt, and whey milk powder in a bowl. Cut in butter until crumbly, then add water and mix until moistened.

Knead & shape: Turn dough onto floured surface, knead 3–4 times, flatten to 2” thick, and cut into biscuits.

Bake: Place on baking sheet, brush with honey butter, and bake for 10–12 minutes until lightly browned.

Cool & serve: Let cool 10 minutes and serve with remaining honey butter.
