Home Style Breakfast Skillet

(Serves 3)




Ingredients:

2 Cups EE Freeze-Dried Diced Potatoes
4 Tbsp EE Dehydrated Chopped Onions
1/2 Cup EE Freeze-Dried Diced Green Bell Peppers
1/2 Cup EE Scrambled Egg Mix
1/2 Tsp EE Iodized Salt
1/4 Tsp Black pepper
1/4 Tsp Onion powder
1/4 Tsp Garlic powder
2 Tbsp Oil
3 Cups Water
1/2 Cup Shredded cheddar cheese (optional)

 

Instructions:

  1. Simmer veggies and seasoning: In a pan, combine 2 1/2 cups water with the potatoes, onions, bell peppers, and seasoning. Simmer until the water is gone and potatoes are soft.
  2. Sauté the mix: Add 2 Tbsp of oil and sauté for 2–3 minutes.
  3. Mix the eggs: In a separate bowl, mix scrambled egg powder with 1/2 cup water and whisk until smooth.
  4. Cook the eggs: Add the liquid egg to the pan and cook until the water is gone.
  5. Add cheese (optional): Stir in cheese if desired.
