Our food was made to support the needs of a family. Each of our kits are intended for one person. This specific kit will last one person for 30 days. If two people shared it, it would last about 2 weeks. For a family of four, one kit should last a week... but you can always double or triple your order for more peace of mind.
Once a #10 can is opened; use the provided plastic lid, keep it in your pantry and the contents will be good for one year! (Writing the date that you opened the can on the label is helpful.)
Some of the food can be eaten right out of the can, but other will require you to add water and cook them for 10-15 minutes.
It is grown and packaged right here in the USA.
