This system has been tested for the reduction of the substances listed in the product test data sheets. The concentration of the indicated substances in water entering the system was reduced to a concentration less than equal to the permissible limit for water leaving the system, as specified in NSF/ANSI 53. Minimum substance reductions are listed on the provided test data sheets for testing up to 200 gallons.

System and installation to comply with state and local laws and regulations. Do not use with water that is microbiologically unsafe or unknown quality without adequate testing and/or disinfection before or after the system. Manufactured from NSF/ANSI standard 61 and California Prop 65 Compliant certified coconut shell carbon and raw materials.

For the best results, store replacement filters at temperatures above 35°F. Keep the filter moist and from drying out at all times for maximum filtration capacity.

Alexapure Pro Genuine Replacement Filter Directions

Your Alexapure Pro Genuine Replacement Filter is packed in distilled water so it is biologically sterile before it is removed.

  1. Remove lid from the top compartment of the Alexapure Pro Water Filtration System.
  2. Place the top compartment to the side and stabilize the old filter.
  3. Continuing to stabilize the old filter, unscrew the wing nut from beneath it.
  4. Slide the old filter out and dispose of it.
  5. Unbox your new Alexapure Pro Genuine Replacement Filter.
  6. Remove the plastic wing nut from the new filter. Make sure the washer remains in place. 
  7. Thread the stem of the filter through one of the four holes in the floor of the upper compartment, taking care to hold the filter straight.
  8. Fix the new filter in place by securing the plastic wing nut.
  9. Your Alexapure Pro Genuine Replacement Filter requires no priming. It's ready to use right out of the box!

"The last two filters I bought have been unreliable. I do the trouble shooting and they work for a day or two then they stop working. This company then says "over thirty days it needs to go through alexapure" and then alexapure wants you to turn around and do more troubleshooting and send in a bunch of forensic evidence to prove you bought it and there is always more excuses This company carries low quality problems and turns their back on you when you want help. "I am noticing the bottom half of this filter is used far more than the top and that should be obvious. A drip nozzle on both ends would extend the life of these real great filters. Clean it and turn it over. It keeps it out of the landfill longer."
