"We have ordered several times and only had one issue with dented cans. The three cans of rice had dents. We contacted customer service and they replaced them. Not only that, but we could not figure out where the discount code went during checkout and we mentioned that as well. The customer service representative sent a gift code by email for the amount we should have received for the discount on that order. I’ve been name dropping Emergency Essentials to everyone, even people I don’t know because this company is stellar. Trust me, I don’t throw that term out loosely either, it truly has to be earned.
