Buttermelt Biscuits

Ingredients:
| 2 Cups | EE All-Purpose Flour |
| 2 Tbsp | Baking powder |
| 1/2 Tsp | EE Iodized Salt |
| 1/2 Cup | EE Butter Powder (prepared) |
| 3/4 Cup | Water |
| 1/2 Cup | EE Instant Fortified Nonfat Dry Milk (reconstituted) |
Instructions:

Preheat: Oven to 425°F.

Mix dry ingredients: In a large bowl, combine flour, baking powder, and salt.

Add liquids: Stir in water, butter, and reconstituted milk until a soft dough forms—do not over-mix.

Form biscuits: Drop spoonfuls onto a greased baking sheet or gently shape into rounds.

Bake: For 10–12 minutes, or until tops are golden brown.
