Cowboy’s Casserole
(Serves 4)
Ingredients:
| 4 Cups | EE Mac and Cheese (approx. 4 servings) |
| 1 1/3 Cups | EE Freeze-Dried Beef Crumbles (4 servings) |
| 3 Tbsp | EE Dehydrated Onions |
| 5 Cups | Water |
| 1/2 Cup | Breadcrumbs (for topping) |
| To taste | Salt and pepper |
Instructions:

Preheat: Oven to 375°F.

Simmer it up: In a medium saucepan, bring 5 cups of water to a boil. Stir in beef crumbles, dehydrated onions, and mac & cheese mix. Reduce heat and simmer for 12–15 minutes, stirring often, until everything is tender and creamy.

Season to taste: Add salt and pepper. Mix well.

Bake to perfection: Transfer to a greased 8x8-inch baking dish and sprinkle with breadcrumbs. Bake for 10–15 minutes, until golden and crispy on top.
