All Purpose Dry Rub
(Makes about 1 Cup)
Ingredients:
| 1/4 Cup | EE Iodized Salt |
| 1/4 Cup | EE Granulated Brown Sugar |
| 3 Tbsp | Smoked paprika |
| 2 Tbsp | EE Granulated White Sugar |
| 2 Tsp | Garlic powder |
| 2 Tsp | Ground black pepper |
| 1 Tsp | Ground dry mustard |
| 1 Tsp | Ground cumin |
| 1 Tsp | Ground ginger |
Instructions:

Stir all ingredients together: Store in an airtight container for up to 1 month.

- Pork ribs (baby back or spare ribs)
- Pulled pork (shoulder or butt)
- Chicken thighs or wings
- Beef brisket or chuck roast
- Steak (especially for a sweet-smoky crust)
- Turkey (especially smoked or grilled legs/thighs)
