"We tested a bag of this to see if we liked it before buying more. In particular we like that it's a 2-serving bag rather than 4-servings or 6, etc. There's just two of us and if we need survival food there's a good possibility we won't be able to refrigerate leftovers. This cooked up so easily—just pour a cup of boiling water into the bag, stir a bit, seal it up and let it cook. It was tasty and the serving sizes were appropriate. We have already ordered several more servings for emergency use."
