Mangos are delicious, delivery was not what I was promised
"We opened the mangos right away, kids had half a can gone by dinner time. They really are good! I have been a customer since about 2006, they always used UPS for shipping which is the only thing that works for us living in rural Tx. FedX is a disaster here. When I got a message that delivery was on its way, they told me it was a company called On Trac, never heard of them, I immediately called to cancel my order to be told it was to late. I’ve had horrible delivery problems for years, and don’t use anybody who doesn’t use UPS, it’s just not worth it. That company did not have a phone number to call, just text that said they would get back to me in several days. A really nice woman in customer service for EE called me later that day and told me she put in another order with UPS and didn’t charge me. Very nice but I did not ask for that, and again tried to cancel that order. So 5 or 6 days later I received the UPS order, in perfect condition. The ON TRAC order I had followed with updates every day, the kept saying in was loaded on a truck, and on the way, I was told that at least twice a day…. on different trucks, it literally spent 6 days on different trucks all in Georgetown Tx, un air conditioned in Texas heat! I did receive that order after the UPS, not sure if we will eat it. I get companies trying to save money, but they really risk losing long time customers doing this…. . and they did! I have had always great service from EE, really nice people, especially Jared who I have dealt with for years. Jared was not available when I placed this order. I looked up reviews for ON TRAC delivery, they have awful reviews, just horrible, similar to the experience I had, and many people never got their order at all. So EE we had a long run and I really love your products, but I will no longer order, and I do regret this, but don’t want to have orders sit on trucks for days in the Texas sun. Do yourself a favor and stick with UPS. I’m sure this review will not make the website and that’s ok, but this was the second time I was asked to submit this. Again, love your products and your customer service people! I know I will regret this over time, but not worth the trouble. P. S. I do not know anyone who works for UPS, lol"
