"Along with the Emergency Essentials food that I have already purchased and I just received another order yesterday the survival shot is it excellent source for energy in just about any kind of a situation especially a bug out situation. I have purchased two of them in the past one was for me and one was for my son and and my son is well thinks they are an excellent product. I've tasted all different brand names of survival food and I say with a degree of 100% certainty Emergency Essentials in my opinion is by far the best tasting and I will continue purchasing it along with survival shot to keep stockpiling my Preps should we ever have a grid down situation or any other kind of disaster whether it be natural or man-made. "My kids love this stuff, it tastes like chocolate malt balls but it is a bit grainy. It fills the hole in hunger if you’re in between meals and you’re burning a lot of calories. It’s great for camping, backpacking or just traveling. I really wish they would print the nutrition facts and ingredients on the actual bottle instead of having to reference everything on the website."

"I don't know if these would really keep you alive for long if it was all you had to eat. I'm taking them as supplements now. I hate taking vitamins so hardly ever do however these are a tasty little snack. They're sweet so i eat 2 at a time throughout the day as a little chocolate flavored treat. Bought several packs on sale."
