Scrambled eggs aren't just for mornings anymore.
Make delicious scrambled eggs, omelets, quiche, breakfast casseroles, and even French toast. Our Emergency Essentials Scrambled Egg Mix is a popular dehydrated product packaged to store long term. Enjoy breakfast favorites now or in years to come. A great addition to your emergency food storage.
Scrambled Egg Mix contains pasteurized whole eggs, non-fat dry milk, vegetable oil and salt. This combination of ingredients give your eggs just the right flavor and textured when scrambled.
Restaurants will often use a similar dry mix when they cook scrambled eggs because of its great flavor and convenience. If your recipe is not too delicate then this mix can be used in place of whole eggs. Simply mix powder with warm water (approximately 108 ounces water needed to rehydrate entire can) until smooth and then cook for delicious scrambled eggs anytime!

"I have ordered items from here several times now. . . . Very good quality. . . Discounts are available / students/military & seniors . Just contact them. . They wont discount small orders. . . 1 or 2 items. But I get good prices if I place and order and ask them. . It worked for mr. . . . . . . ."
"Some people have mentioned the high cost of these convenient eggs. If we’ve purchased eggs, they aren’t cheap right now. I like to preserve a lot of my own food, but that still costs a lot and takes quite a bit of time. Sometimes, it’s absolutely worth purchasing things I know I will want, like eggs, and a comfort to have for an emergency. Thanks Emergency Essentials!"
"Fast and secure shipping. Arrived in great shape. I have not opened the cans to use any yet but know they will be the same great quality that Emergency Essentials products are known for. Glad to have some back up for emergency breakfasts!"
"I refuse to pay exorbitant egg prices, so we opened a #10 can of Scrambled Egg Mix (whole milk powder + nonfat dry milk + corn oil + salt). To get smooth eggs, add a measure of WARM water to the dry egg powder, then whisk well, using a whisk or a manual egg beater. I tried my mini food processor---messy, too much cleanup! I've made plain scrambled eggs, but they taste better with add-ins. My husband has eaten the entire #10 can in the last 2 months! Highly recommend."
