"Studies show that blueberries stop insulin resistance immediately, so more reason to eat them! I soak these in my yogurt overnight, and then have juicy berries in my yogurt in the morning. I also make pancake mix, add 1/4 cup of sugar and soaked FD blueberries and is it to bake muffins."
