Assemble the VESTA without the heater and fan unit. Pull out the canned heat tray, then place up to three cans of canned heat inside. Pull the wick up slightly and light, close the tray, then get to cooking!

ABOUT THE FAN
The fan is thermoelectric which means as it absorbs the heat, it will start spinning to disperse heat. After lighting, the fan will take up to three minutes to start turning and by eight minutes, you'll have full speed and temperature.
This is why there must be a can in the first slot to start the fan—it needs direct heat to run.
