"I am storing it so I cannot attest to the taste. However, I bought it because this option was cheaper than buying the regular bags of light brown sugar from my local grocery store. Sometimes, the store doesn't have light brown sugar. It's a win-win for me. I will have it on hand when needed. . . for a long time."
