"I just received my order today, I wanted to try one of my items so I decided on the orange chicken. I left it in the bag for 15 minutes not the 10 minutes that the instructions had. I did that because some of the reviews I read mentioned the meat wasn't tender after 10 minutes. Well even after 15 minutes the meat was still kinda tuff. The veg, & rice were soft, it had great flavor, very filling. So yes I would order this item again. This is my very 1st time eating freeze dried food. I am pleased."

Overall I am exceptionally pleased with my purchase. The directions say to let it set for 10 minutes after adding the boiling water, however I found that it needed perhaps two more minutes of set time as some of the chicken was still crunchy and not totally rehydrated."
