It contributed to saving my life

"I wrote a rating previously. However I fell off a cliff in a slot canyon and had to walk out. I spent the night wet ,lying in the sand along side the river and the survival sleeping bag kept me warm and able to rest for rest of the hike out."

It may have saved my life 12/7/23

"I was hiking in a slot canyon and fell of a cliff braking my left hip with 10 miles to hike out . I was able to slowly walk but night over took us and fatigue , darkness, and a boulder filled river forced me to stay by myself on a little sandy strip along the river. Fortunately my friend's wife gave me her emergency sleeping bag and wet and hypothermic as i was I was able to be warm and get some sleep even with a broken hip, that rest enabled to walk the last 5 miles the next morning. I keep a bag in my back now."
