No power around? Pass on the propane.

Instead, opt for the temperature-controlled flame fed by biomass.

Inferno Pro with a large flame coming out the top

Better than campfire cooking?

We sure think so! The Inferno Pro offers all the perks of a fire-pit flame, but with custom temperature controls and without all the smoke.

Adding sticks as fuel to the Inferno Pro

Firepower with a tiny footprint.

No propane, gas, or electric needed. Fan the flame with natural resources: sticks, twigs, pinecones, leaves, and other organic materials!

Turn up the heat with the Inferno Pro

Designed alongside an aeronautical engineer, this seemingly small and simple stove brings a big and bright fire—day or night, every time.

Just round up a pile of organic resources, like bark or branches, then light it up within the unit. The built-in, battery-powered fan, triple-walled insulation, and proprietary Vortex Technology™ result in a fire that’s hotter and a meal that’s made faster!

Use the Inferno Pro to boil water, prepare food, and cook meals, whether in the backyard, near the bunker, or somewhere in between.

And once the fire dies down? Fold up the legs, collapse the unit, and tuck it all away until next time—adventure or emergency!

Firing up the Inferno: How it Works
Underside of the Inferno Pro showing its battery compartment

BATTERIES FUEL THE FAN

After unboxing and assembling the unit, flip it upside-down and locate the battery case box. Place four AA batteries inside in order to power the fan, which will control the heat of the flame.

The Inferno Pro filled with sticks and other biomass

BIOMASS FUELS THE FIRE

Pull out the fire box and ash bin, then fill it with a fire starter such as InstaFire™ Fire Starter, fire pucks, or fuel tablets. Light the fire starter, close the fire box and ash bin, then drop biomass materials—like twigs, leaves, and pinecones—into the burn chamber through the top opening of the unit to keep the fire burning.

Adjusting the temperature dial of the Inferno Pro

YOU CONTROL THE TEMPERATURE

Turn the temperature-control dial to the right to activate the fan and crank up the heat. The more you turn it, the faster the fan will spin—and the hotter the flame will get. Adjust the temperature from 425°F all the way up to 1,200°F!

POWERFUL & PROPRIETARY VORTEX TECHNOLOGY™

Triple-walled insulation pulls oxygen in through the bottom and sides of the unit, as well as between the walls. This creates a heat differential amidst the inside and outside of the unit, moving air around the Inferno Pro. When the fan flips on, pressure builds, creating a “vortex” and generating extra heat.

FAQ

What can I use as fuel in the Inferno PRO?

The Inferno PRO can burn readily available biomass like sticks, twigs, small pieces of wood, and wood pellets, giving you a way to cook without relying on propane, butane, electricity, or other traditional fuel sources.

That can be a major advantage during an extended emergency: instead of being limited by how many fuel canisters you've stored, you can use compatible natural fuel you find around you. You can also keep InstaFire fuel stored with your emergency supplies when you want a ready-to-use option.

How quickly can the Inferno PRO boil water?

With the right fuel and conditions, the Inferno PRO can boil water in approximately 2 minutes. Its concentrated heat output reaches temperatures from approximately 425°F to 1,200°F, giving you the high heat needed to boil water or cook meals efficiently without electricity or propane.

Actual boil times will vary based on the amount of water, fuel, weather conditions, cookware, and other factors.

Can you control the heat on a biomass stove?

Yes. Unlike cooking over a basic campfire, the Inferno PRO is designed to give you adjustable, controlled heat from approximately 425°F to 1,200°F.

That means you're not limited to simply holding a pot over an open flame. You can adjust the heat for different cooking needs, giving you more control whether you're boiling water or preparing a meal.

What's the advantage of a biomass stove over a propane camp stove?

A propane camp stove works well—as long as you have propane. A biomass stove gives you another option when stored fuel runs out or isn't available.

The Inferno PRO can burn sticks, twigs, wood pellets, and other compatible biomass, so your ability to cook isn't limited to the number of fuel canisters on hand. It also gives you controlled cooking heat without relying on electricity, making it a valuable backup cooking method for extended outages and other grid-down situations.

Can the Inferno PRO be used indoors?

No. The Inferno PRO is an outdoor-only stove. Burning biomass produces carbon monoxide, smoke, and other combustion by-products, so it should never be used indoors or in enclosed spaces.

Always operate the Inferno PRO outdoors and follow the safety and operating instructions included with the stove.

Can I use the Inferno PRO in windy or bad weather?

The Inferno PRO is designed for outdoor use and features a built-in firebox that helps shield the flame from wind and the elements. Its sturdy, four-legged base also provides stability on uneven outdoor surfaces.

Powerful and sturdy

"I confess that no I didn't purchase. BUT! My friend did and guess who he wanted to test it out? Oh yeah me. It was late October 2021 i believe. I am here at his house for sole purpose to find where he got it. One great thing was I used a cheap 10,000 mah battery pack! I burned different fuels and used I think it was a 7 gallon stainless steel pot full of water to boil. Which was quite heavy. The stove was sturdy and strong! I think it was stove pellets I used for boil. Stove burned them with ease and clean. Boiled the water supper fast for the immense size of pot and that's alot of water. It is now May 2022 and the only stove I want is this one. I was supper impressed and I just gotta have my own."
